The Forum undertakes a range of consultancy work for voluntary organisations and statutory authorities. Recent work includes:

• assisting a partnership of public sector bodies to establish a consultation process with voluntary organisations

• developing a partnership policy for a statutory authority
• review of relationships between management committee and staff
• researching comparable pay scales for senior staff
• developing an IT strategy for a voluntary organisation
• helping voluntary organisations working in the same geographical area work better together
