Thriving Third Sector?

The Forum’s annual meeting and conference takes place in York on 13 November.

This years conference explores the theme of an environment for a Thriving Third Sector and provides an opportunity to learn more about and discuss key issues and challenges for voluntary and community organisations in York and North Yorkshire. Keynote speakers include Bill Freeman (NAVCA) and Dr Tony Chapman (University of Teesside), and a presentation of the new VCS Directory.


Plus workshops on a variety of topics, including:
- Commissioning and Procurement
- Working together for engaged communities
- Our Creative Talent
- VCS and Children and Young People.

You can download a booking form, programme and full list of workshops below, closing date for bookings is Monday 3 November. Delegate fees for the conference are:
£27.50 for NYFVO members (VCS organisations in Y&NY)
£40 for other VCS organisations in Y&NY
£87.50 for other organisations
