Induction and Supervision

A one day course that focuses on the essentials of effective induction and how this is the critical foundation to effective supervision.
Participants will:
• Gain an understanding of effective processes for induction
• Identify the critical parts of induction and the legal implications
• Design an induction programme and the monitoring of the programme
• Understand the key link between induction and supervision, and plan future meetings.
