Introduction to Employment Rights

This short course will provide a brief introduction to key aspects of employment law that define the rights of employees at work, including the right to receive written statements of terms and conditions of employment, right to statutory and contractual notice, right to minimum holiday entitlements, to be subject to fair disciplinary and grievance procedures and the right not to be unfairly dismissed or discriminated against.
