Funding Advice Network

Local Infrastructure Organisations (LIOs) can support voluntary and community organisations in York and North Yorkshire by providing advice and guidance on funding issues. LIOs can assist organisations to search for sources of funding and provide guidance with writing quality funding applications. In depth support is also available through assistance with funding strategies and advice on sustainability issues.

Funding Advice Network Coordinator

The North Yorkshire Forum for Voluntary Organisations (NYFVO) offers support to funding advisors and development officers working in LIOs throughout York and North Yorkshire by providing advice, training, networking, and the exchange of best practice opportunities. By working with LIOs' staff the Funding Advice Network Coordinator aims to facilitate the development of consistent, high quality funding advice that meets the needs of frontline voluntary and community organisations.
