NJC pay scales 2008/09

Many voluntary and community organisations use the National Joint Council for Local Government Services (NJC) pay scales.
The local government services pay dispute has been referred to arbitration and given the time that has elapsed since the award was due, and the likelihood of further delays arising from the arbitration process, the two sides of the NJC have now decided that the Employers' final offer should be implemented, with effect from 1 April 2008.
The new pay scales are available on the Employment Advise page of this website.
These may be amended depending upon the results of the arbitration process.
