York & North Yorkshire Infrastructure Consortium (YNYIC)
PLEASE RESPOND ONLY IF YOU ARE A VOLUNTARY OR COMMUNITY ORGANISATION WITHIN YORK AND NORTH YORKSHIRE
Annual Customer Needs Survey 2009/10
The members of the York & North Yorkshire Infrastructure Consortium have undertaken annual customer needs surveys since 2006 to assess the impact of the types of support currently available to local voluntary and community organisations in our sub region.
We would be very grateful if you would help us with this research by completing this questionnaire. Only by you telling us what support your organisation needs, what it currently receives and how effective you think this is, will we be able to improve the services and support available in the future.
Preferably, this questionnaire should be completed by a senior post holder, (paid or voluntary) who has an overview of, and is able to respond on behalf of, the whole organisation. If you feel you are unable to respond on behalf of your organisation, we would be grateful if you could pass this questionnaire on to a more appropriate respondent within your organisation.
The questionnaire should take about 15 minutes to complete online. The information gathered through this survey will be used in aggregate form only - no individuals or organisations will be identified in the report of the findings.
All surveys need to be completed by Friday 30 April 2010
