The Board of Trustees seek to appoint a

Chief Executive (37 hpw)

With strategic vision, strong leadership, organisational development, partnership working skills and experience of change management to lead NYFVO into the next stage of development.

The successful candidate is likely to have relevant experience and a good understanding of current legislation, policy issues and development affecting the voluntary and community sector.

£38,042 – £40,741 (NJC salary scale points 45 - 48)

8% employer’s contribution to pension and Healthcare cash plan.
